FILOS – Filter Calculation

Filter Standard Calculation

Variation of the filter design and adjustment parameters and calculation of the cake height, the solids throughput, the residual moisture of the cake, the consumption of wash liquid and the residual wash out content in the discharged filter cake. The required product input parameters can be automatically transferred from the first main module FILOS-Analysis of Filtration Data.

A systematic variation of individual parameters (e.g. belt velocity, pressure difference) with a representation of the arising filtration results with the help of tables and graphs.

Filter Design

Filter lay out in the sense of a calculation of the required filter area for a given filter performance (e.g. a given solids throughput and residual cake moisture content) and automatic selection of the proper filter from manufacturer series.
